To register as "participant with accepted abstract", the reference number of   the abstract should be included in the registration form.

Please note that the number of attendees is strictly limited to 400 people and will be covered on a "first arrived-first served" basis.

Payment of fees should be made in € and must be paid exclusively by bank transfer. This meeting will have no on-site registration service.

All participants must submit a completed registration form. Proof of payment must accompany the registration.

Registration cancellation policy

Refunds of registration fees will be made as follows:

Until July 1 st 2006: full refund less bank charges

Until August 1 st 2006: cancellation charge of 100€

From September 1 st 2006: No refund
